The past few weeks the body of Christ has coped with some major blows and losses. One that has particular hit close to home for me is the death of Bishop Kenneth H. Moales Sr. Bishop Moales was a great man of God and has blessed my spiritual life since I was 11 years old. When I heard that he had passed, I was shocked and initially thought I was dreaming. It took me hours to get up out the bed and go to work. As my phone continued to ring that morning, my text messages continued to buzz, and facebook statuses and tweets were filled with the news… Reality began to set in. I thought about the last time I saw him, and the last words he said to me at the NCGCC, Inc. in August. While driving in my car to work, tears began to run down my face again. But then I heard God’s voice and He said to me. “My Plan is STILL PERFECT!”
So on today, even though so many things before us, as it relates to the body of Christ, seem out of place… We are going to come into agreement and collectively declare to the enemy that GODS Plan is STILL PERFECT!
As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is flawless. He is a shield for all who take refuge in him.
The word of God shows us throughout the bible that His ways (plans) are perfect (Deuteronomy 32:4; 2 Samuel 22:31). God wants the body of Christ to realize on today that no matter what is going on in the world, no matter what people outside of the church has to say, no matter the spiritual giants that he have been taking home; no matter the disappointments, sadness, mourning, feelings of defeat, depression, anxiety, loneliness, or worrying that you may be feeling right now continue to trust God’s plans. Why? Because his WAYS are Perfect! Everything that happens whether it’s good or bad I am crazy enough to believe that what He is doing is still Perfect!
God already told us in Jeremiah 29:11 that His plans are to prosper us and not harm us, but give us a hope and future. So no matter what you are feeling today, no matter what things look like, no matter what the media depicts, no matter what is going on in the world, remember on today, that God’s Plans are STILL PERFECT! Proverbs 19:21 says many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevail! His Plans are perfect, so we need to stop worrying when things do not go as WE planned them to Go! Because it is His plans that will prevail!
God showed me this week, that Bishop Moales completed the plans that God assigned to him! And we cannot let what is going on around us stop us from completing our assignment! God’s plans are so perfect that no matter how we feel, we must continue to Press towards the Mark! In these trying times, take refuge in him…His Plan is Perfect!
Oh God! Master we cry unto you on today! Because so many things in our sight is going wrong, but God on today Lord we ask that you give us eyes in the Spirit with 20/20 vision for correct understanding and interpretation of your plans. God you told us in your word that you will be our shield, you will cover us, you will never leave us nor forsake us, and Lord we are trusting in you! We trust you, Lord because you told us that if we trust you and lean not to our understanding you will direct us. So Lord today, we are seeking your direction. Lord you said that your ways are Perfect so today we seek your perfect plans for our lives. God we accept your assignment that you have for our lives. We ask Lord that you give us strength, strength to make it through these difficult times. God we plead YOUR Blood on the Body of Christ. The Blood that cleanses us; makes us white as snow! We give ourselves to you Lord. In the name of Jesus we put a halt to all distractive, disturbing, and destructive measures, anything that has the potential to move us away from your perfect plans. We dismantle any plots or plans that will frustrate, delay, or hinder God’s Perfect Plan. Lord thank you for letting us know on today, that your Plans are STILL PERFECT. And it is in Jesus name that we pray on today! Amen and Thank you God!
I want my NCGCC family to know that God would have never taken Bishop to heaven without leaving someone to take his place. We may not know who it is but just know that GOD’s Plans are STILL PERFECT!
Imperfection following a Perfect Plan,
